ReplyDeleteRattlesnake, huh. Did it taste like chicken?
ReplyDeleteWell, it tastes like any grilled meat. I tried hard not to think of it as tasting like chicken. It was really some kind of rattlesnake fluff-cake. Similar to those awful North Carolina crab cakes in texture. I would eat it again but I would prefer to try real rattlesnake meat, on the grill or something, you know, like a rattlesnake kabob. I would dig that.
